Worked in a BC lumber cAMP and 1939-40 worked in Sudbury, Ont. Returned to Casor 10 Jan 1940 on the death of his mother. Enl. Calgary 26 Nov 1940. Graduated Manitoba Gunnery School 17 Aug 1941 at Paulson, MB. Overseas to England Oct 1941 to 407 Hudson bomber Sqn. Went into action on 29 Oct 1941. Made his last known flight 15 Dec 41. Surv. Father, William Walter Ford, Castor, AB.
