Interesting Facts

  • Son of Robert and Mary Cox; husband of Gladys Wedgewood Cox, of Guelph, Ontario. Awarded the British Empire Medal for extremely valuable services while enlisted with the Canadian Army. Bdr. Cox was survived by his five daughters, Jean, Bette-Anne, Myrth, Gladys and Joyce. He was also survived by his brother Alex, who had been honourably discharged a year before after sustaining injuries in Calais, France.
