    Born in Winnipeg, MB., Luxton Sch. and St. John Technical HS., Enl RCNVR at Winnipeg in May, 1940. A crew-member of HMCS Spikenard, a corvette on convoy duty in the North Atlantic. When topedoed all five officcers and fifty-two ratings were lost. Surv. mother at 15 Luxton Ave., Winnipeg, MB.
