The “ Flag Programme “, managed by the National Wall of Remembrance Association provides an opportunity to establish a personal connection to this memorial. Upon request, arrangements will be made to raise a new Canadian flag on the memorial’s central flagstaff. The flag and a signed certificate of authenticity, as shown below, commemorating the date on which the flag was flown, will be shipped by parcel post , at no cost to the recipient, to any designated address in Canada.
Each flag is manufactured in Canada and identical in size and quality, to the flags flown over the memorial on a daily basis since its opening. The flags measure 91.4 x cm X 182 .8 cm, ( 3 ‘ x 6 ‘) and have proven to be colour fast and durable. Each flag is valued at $ 35.00, tax included but prices may be subject to change by the supplier. The” Flag Programme” is a “not for profit “, public service initiative and every effort has been made to minimize cost and maintain quality.
