Piper Angus Morrison, son of Dougald and Bella (nee MacRae) Morrison from Tipperton, 407/1 Smerclate, Isle of South Uist, Scotland. Piper Angus enlisted with the 16th Battalion Canadian Infantry (Manitoba Regiment) and was killed in action on the 18 May 1915 at the Battle of Festubert .. he is commemorated on the Vimy Memorial, Pas de Calais, France.
