Born in Ottawa, Ste. Theresa's Separate School, La Salle Academie, St. Patrick's College where he played hockey and football.Buried in new cemetery at Duisberg near Bon, Germany. Surv. Parents, Mr. Mrs. William Dubroy, a brother, Francis RCNVR, a brother Wilfred, sisters Mrs. OJ. Baxter and Mrs. Louis Clark, all of Ottawa. A brother F/L Thomas RCAF was KIA overseas on 29 Jan. 1944.
