  • Son of Dr. Archibald Jamieson (deceased) and Mrs. Eva Jamieson (nee Bourne) of Ottawa, ON. His superior officers called him a "sincere, quiet airman" who was "very reserved and never relaxes." Despite his shy nature, he was known as a dependable and passionate airman. Before enlisting, he was known for his artistic talents with sketching and music.
