Son of Mr. Neil Amos Boulter and Mrs. Ella Boulter of O'Leary, P.E.I. Husband of Mrs. Mary Catherine Boulter (nee MacEachern) of Halifax, N.S. Lance Corporal Boulter was granted furlough in November 1941, and the two were married at Armdale, N.S. on February 7, 1942 before Boulter returned to service.
